Seikoba Fruits Garden
The hometown of Seikoba Fruits Garden, Minamisatsuma City, is surrounded by rich nature, with the sea to the west and mountains which are 400 to 500 metre high to the east.
Tsunuki kumquats are grown in this place and it has becoming much more well-known for the fruity smell and the taste of sweetness.
Seikoba Fruits Garden has been using naturally ripened Kumquats, with a sugar content over 16° Bx.
Fermented sour solutions are made with cane sugar and fermented sweet potato mash, creating the best kumquat jam.
